Description
This position requires a knowledge of principles and practices of fiscal research and planning; of grants or contracts; of the processes for developing plans, budgets, grant documents, program evaluations; of planning and fiscal management; advanced skill using personal computers including word processing and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office software. The incumbent must have good written and verbal communication skills; good customer relations skills; skill in preparing narrative and/or statistical reports that include conclusions and recommendations; ability to read, evaluate and interpret various types of budgetary requirements and to manage multiple complex financial projects.

Experience in water quality, watershed management, or other environmental quality program is preferred.
