Environmental Program Manager

The Environmental Program Manager reports to the director of Utilities and manages the activities of the Utilities Department Environmental Division. With a staff of 10, the division is focused on the water and wastewater regulatory compliance programs, monitoring and enforcing environmental and industrial user programs, and monitoring the safety and public health of water services.
The position requires a BA/BS in physical sciences or a related field and five years management and/or program experience in water quality, environmental quality or environmental science. The salary range for this position is $69,585 - $102,808 annually, DOQ. Water Resource Manager

The Water Resources Manager reports to the Utilities Director and has a wide range of responsibilities in the analysis and development of water policy; management of the city’s water resource and conservation programs and as liaison to regional water organizations and regulatory agencies. The new manager will manage a staff of four employees who collectively provide a focus on ensuring that water resources are safe, high quality and sustainable for future generations.
Requires a BA/BS in a related area and five years experience in water resource and/or conservation management. The salary range for this position is $76,543 - $113,089 annually, DOQ.
