membership:

complete it, and mail it back to us with your check.
Use our online
application and pay by credit card — Visa, Mastercard, Discover,
or American Express — through our secure-processing site.
We do not store your personal information on this site, nor
do we make it available to other parties!

or renew as a student member (full-time students only!)-($15)
AHS membership is by calendar year; attendees from the previous
year’s Annual Symposium automatically become members for the
following calendar year. For more information, contact a Chapter
