About Our Chapter Meetings...
AHS conducts meetings and activities within three chapters:
Phoenix
Chapter meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month
at El Penasco Mexican Kitchen
(19 E. Broadway Rd, Tempe).
These meetings, which are preceded by social hour and dinner, feature
a guest speaker. The cost is $15 per person for dinner ($20 for
nonmembers; $5 for students). Check the Phoenix Chapter page and

calendar for details about current meetings. You’ll need
to RSVP by the Friday before the meeting; to do so, contact Beth

Tucson
Chapter meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month,
usually at the Offices of Errol L. Montgomery
(1550 E Prince Rd, Tucson).
These meetings feature a social half hour (except
for one annual meeting that includes dinner), followed by a talk.

Flagstaff
Chapter meetings are held sporadically, usually in conjunction
with a talk at Northern Arizona University. These meetings are generally
announced via e-mail. Check the Flagstaff Chapter page and our online
calendar for more information.
Corporate Meetings
In addition to these chapter meetings, the AHS Corporate Board
meets quarterly to discuss Society-wide business. All members are
welcome to participate in these meetings. For information about
meeting times, locations, and agendas, visit the Corporate

General Membership Meeting
Once a year, at the Annual Symposium, AHS holds a general membership
meeting. All Symposium attendees are encouraged to participate.
